Synod Assembly 2008 
REGISTER NOW!
Dear Gulf Coast Family, At the upcoming Synod
Assembly, May 29-31, 2008 at The
Woodlands Waterway Marriott, we’re going to IMAGINE what God can do with us
in the next few years. As that Vision becomes a Strategic Plan, it
will take gifted leadership to help us move forward. As usual, there
will be open spots on the Synod Council starting in May. If you would like to nominate someone or yourself to serve on the synod council, please fill out one of these forms and send it to our nominating committee chair Kathy Patrick at KPatrick@Gibbs-Bruns.com. You may also send the form in by post.
Churchwide Assembly will be held in August 2009. We are allowed
a total of eleven voting members which includes the Bishop and
Vice-President, that must be balanced male and female, and 60%
lay/40% clergy. A nominating form for Churchwide Assembly is also
available at the web page. Thank you for
