New Song Fund – 2025 Synod Assembly Offering
The New Song Fund will give our new bishop and synod staff a strong start and firm foundation for launching this next season of ministry. This will free time from financial concerns, so that their time might be spent building relationships in congregations and ministries.
This will provide resources critical to the transition, including:
- Travel expenses for new bishop and staff to be present for congregations and ministries
- A meaningful installation service
- Relocation costs for a new bishop and/or new staff
- Resources for the hiring/calling of new staff
- Funds to ensure the immediate impact of their ministry
